1. Scope of application
All services and ticket sales of Berlin Kizzes Festival to consumers are subject to these General Terms and Conditions (AGB).
A consumer is any natural person, who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose, which can be attributed predominantly neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity.
2. Contracting parties
The service contract is concluded with JaDaLeSh Dance Events UG, Veteranenstr. 22, 10119 Berlin for the Berlin Kizzes Festival. The consumers/buyers are referred to in the following as “participants”.
3. Conclusion of contract
3.1. The presentation of the services and the event Berlin Kizzes Festival on the website and in the online store is not a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
3.2. The services offered during the event Berlin Kizzes Festival can change due to changes of the general conditions at any time without previous notification and are not final. The participant recognizes this with the conclusion of the contract.
4. Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded.
5. Prices
The prices stated on the product pages include other price components such service fees from the respective transaction companies and will not be refunded by JaDaLeSh Dance Events UG, Veteranenstr. 22, 10119 Berlin in case of event cancellation.
6. Payment
Payment is made in advance or when ordering in Tickettailor’s webshop upon completion of the order by direct debit, creditcard or Paypal (service fees are included, please refrain from purchase if you do not agree that these fees will not be reimbursed in case of an event cancellation by JaDaLeSh Dance Events UG, Veteranenstr. 22, 10119 Berlin).
7. Conditions for cancellation and return of tickets
7.1. Tickets of the Berlin Festival Kizzes are generally excluded from return.
7.2. Tickets of the Berlin Kizzes Festival may only be passed on to other persons after explicit and written agreement of the organizer.
7.3. Tickets of the Berlin Kizzes Festival can be transferred for a service charge of 5€ to one of the following editions with the explicit and written agreement of the organizer.
